| What a beautiful day for ramp construction! |
|
| Loren Dynneson finishes putting hangars on the trellis | |
| Doug Brown nails a 2 x 6 | |
| Dave Samuels, Rick Morales and Loren straighten a 2 x 6 | |
| Loren, Mark Levin, and Rick have been busy since the last work party pouring the stairway pad and getting things ready for this work party. | |
| The stairway layout became a trigonometric puzzle.
After developing two templates, Loren's math was vindicated, and
the root cause was found to be tolerance stackup. Here, Loren and Mark Levine make a small adjustment. |
|
| See, it all fits! | |
| Meanwhile Dave Samuels, Paul Bradshaw (behind the camera) and Rick apply numerical methods and a real-world simulation to make sure the baluster spacing is accurate. | |
| The baluster math seems to work. | |
| Under darkening skies, Rick pushes on | |
| When the snow starts to accumulate, we decide to call it a day. | |
